Get a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA):
If you still are not sure, ask a real estate agent for a CMA. A good Realtor will use comparable properties that are active, under contract, sold and cancelled/expired, the price per square foot and the buying habits of active buyers in the market…what they are willing to pay for similar upgrades, amenities, location and condition. Most agents will be more than willing to provide a CMA for free.
